We would like to make it clear that there are processes we have put in place during for the COVID-19 outbreak, that will ensure business as usual as far as possible, we are taking all possible measures to ensure that our services will remain available our customers.

Some of our staff are now working from home. Our phone lines remain open as usual and customer support and administration will continue. We ask at this time that all orders are placed on-line and not over the phone where possible.

Collection orders are still available for pre-order as usual. Please ensure a suitable face covering is used when collecting your order.

Next day express pallet delivery is unavilable at this time.

Where possible, please place your order on-line rather than over the phone.

From our suppliers to our Distribution Centres, across all of our collection points and our Support Centre, we’ve got contingencies in place to ensure we can continue to work with you to support our customers, and keep the UK operating, just as we have done throughout the pandemic.

Regardless of what comes next, rest assured that we have robust plans in place and we will do everything in our power to maintain our service to you.
