Pay & Collect… how it works

Once we receive your order we will check stock levels with your chosen collection point.  Should your order be in stock, we will reserve it for you and send you a ticket number for collection along with the full collection point address.  We normally hold stock at most of our collection points in which case your order can be reserved for collection the same day. 

 

Should we be out of stock at your chosen collection point, then we will move stock from the warehouse to your collection point for next day collection.  We will keep you fully notified of your order status by email and text message.
